Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Ekambaram Sanitary Stores. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following logistics and payment terms and conditions.
Logistics Terms & Conditions
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Bulk or customized orders may require additional processing time.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners.
- Within Tamil Nadu: 2–5 business days
- Other States: 4–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, transport delays, government restrictions, or remote location access.
Ekambaram Sanitary Stores shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated based on product weight and dimensions, delivery location, and order value.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Free shipping may be applicable for selected products or promotional offers.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate shipping details including address, contact number, and PIN code.
Any delay or non-delivery due to incorrect address details will be the customer’s responsibility.
Proof of delivery provided by the logistics partner shall be considered valid confirmation.
5. Inspection at Delivery
Customers must inspect the goods at the time of delivery.
If any damage, shortage, or wrong product is identified:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Photographic or video proof is mandatory
- Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If the package is visibly damaged, customers should refuse delivery or record an unboxing video as proof.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the logistics partner to resolve the issue.
Replacement or refund will be processed only after verification.
7. Force Majeure
Ekambaram Sanitary Stores shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to events beyond our control including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Terms & Conditions
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI
- Net Banking
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- Approved B2B Credit (for eligible dealers)
2. Payment Confirmation
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.
For bank transfers, customers must share payment proof for faster processing.
3. Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
GST will be applied as per applicable government regulations.
Final invoice amount will include applicable taxes and shipping charges.
4. Credit Terms (For Dealers / B2B Customers)
Delay in payment may attract:
- Interest charges
- Suspension of further supplies
- Cancellation of credit facility
5. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Custom or special-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
7. Fraud Prevention
Ekambaram Sanitary Stores reserves the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Additional identity verification may be requested in suspicious cases.
